The best—and perhaps most daunting—aspect of creating something is witnessing how people respond to and interact with your work. Since the collection's release, I’ve been thrilled and humbled by the incredible reactions, and even more so by how my friends and peers have styled and worn the pieces. This inspired me to reach out to a few of them to learn what drew them to the collection and, more deeply, what being bold means to them. Thank you so much to

What initially drew you to the bangle from the Bold Collection?
I loved the silver bangle for its loud wearability, and its fabulous weight makes me feel grounded and safe. I love seeing it in my jewelry box every morning. It always garners some attention (the acrostic is a fun tidbit to share), but it's not arduous to style.
How have you been styling it, and how do you envision wearing it during the holiday season?
I've been loving layering it over longer shirts. The silver bangle would be fabulous for a holiday party in a Studio-54 sensibility, maybe layered over the sleeve of this luminous J.Crew top.
What does “bold” mean to you personally?
Being bold means fostering confidence to move forward even when people may not understand or care. I feel the most bold when I feel so impassioned towards something that I'm not concerned with perception.

What initially drew you to the ring from the Bold Collection?
I’m a rings girl! Maybe it’s because I type all day and/or I talk with my hands, but I always leave the house with at least one ring on. (Not a wedding band!!)
How have you been styling it, and how do you envision wearing it during the holiday season?
I wear it like an everyday piece. I recently brought it with me on vacation and styled it with a black skirt and mock neck sweater. I love wearing gold and black together.
What does “bold” mean to you personally?
Never worrying about being “over dressed.” Or under dressed, for that matter. Just doing you.

What initially drew you to the ring from the Bold Collection?
The mixed metal genderless geometric stacks drew me in. For me, jewelry is wearable art and the bold collection is just that–a series of sculptural pieces that exude presence and confidence. I love how the collection comes to life on different people with distinctly unique styles too. Plus, Jalil made it look *FIRE* in every single snapshot from the AP launch campaign.
How have you been styling it, and how do you envision wearing it during the holiday season?
I've been stacking the silver bold ring for a pop of freshness in an all yellow-gold stack as both a ring and a charm. It's weighty and fun to play with when I’m in long zoom calls too.
What does “bold” mean to you personally?
To me, to be "bold" means to be unapologetically present. Think: standing out, speaking up, or showing off. Whether it's a red lip, sequined jacket, or geometric bangle, boldness is a state-of-being.
See you al Sunday!
